Where we deliver
We currently ship anywhere within Sri Lanka. International delivery isn't available yet, but it's on the map.
Processing time
We pack and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2-3 working days depending on your area. These are estimates, not guarantees - delays caused by couriers, weather, or events outside our control can happen.
Shipping cost
Delivery is a flat Rs 400 per order, and free on every order over Rs 3,500. Your exact delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking & delivery
We deliver via Fardar Express Domestic (Pvt) Ltd, and you'll receive a tracking link once your order ships. We don't offer cash on delivery at the moment - orders are paid online at checkout.
Missed or failed deliveries
If a delivery can't be completed - wrong address, or no one available to receive it - the courier will attempt redelivery or get in touch. Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable may incur another delivery charge to resend.
Freshness in transit
Yako is shelf-stable in its sealed pack and travels well. Once it arrives, just follow the storage and best-before guidance printed on the pack.
